The eye mask covers your eyes while leaving your nose and mouth uncovered. The padded head support attaches to a suitable seat, giving your head a place to rest while seated.

Wrap the band around a separate headrest, or around the upper backrest of a suitable seat without a separate headrest. Keep the padding on your side of the seat, then adjust the mask and straps before settling in.

No. Seat dimensions and construction vary, and the band needs a clear path around the headrest or upper backrest. Check your seat before use and follow your airline and crew instructions. See the seat attachment examples.

The mask and head support have adjustable straps. Tighten or loosen them to find a comfortable fit. The Travel Rest setup is designed for women and men.

No. The arm support is a separate fabric piece that wraps over your shoulders and around both arms, giving your forearms a place to rest in front of you. It comes with Complete Kit and 2 Complete Kits.

Gently hand wash the mask, padded head support and fabric arm support. Let them air dry completely before storing. Follow the care labels on the other included accessories.
