30-day money-back guarantee

Try any QLAYON product for 30 days after delivery: Travel Rest Mask (1 Mask, Complete Kit, 2 Complete Kits), Travel Backpack, Travel Seat Cushion, Flight Compression Socks and Airplane Phone Holder. If you are not satisfied, email contact@qlayon.com within 30 days with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address; please contact us before sending a parcel.

Normal use during the trial is allowed. Return the complete set with its components and included gifts. After receipt and inspection, we refund the price paid for the returned items to the original payment method. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

1-year warranty

Every QLAYON product is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. Email contact@qlayon.com with your order number, a description and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the defective item. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos. We cover the cost of fixing our error.

Comfort Tank orders placed before 22 October 2026 keep the 90-day free size exchange they were sold with.

Refund timing and consumer rights

Allow about 5–10 business days for your payment provider to complete a refund. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
