Refund policy

Return eligibility

We offer a 14-day worldwide commercial return policy. Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order to qlayon.contact@gmail.com, including your order number. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

If the return-request deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Request a return or cancellation

You can request a return or cancellation through your customer account or email us. Cancellations can be requested before fulfilment. We will review your request and provide the next steps. Please wait for return instructions before sending a parcel.

Condition of returned items

Items returned under our commercial policy must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, odours, cosmetic residue or damage, and complete with all components in their original shape and structure. Return the original packaging wherever reasonably possible.

Returned items are inspected. Where permitted by law, a return may be declined or the refund reduced for wear, washing, alteration, damage, missing components or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping unless the return results from our error or a manufacturing defect. We recommend a tracked service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Contact qlayon.contact@gmail.com promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, a description and clear photographs. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Exchanges and refunds

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like another colour or product, place a new order after your return is approved.

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow approximately 5–10 business days for your payment provider to complete the transaction.

Consumer rights

This commercial policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty or other rights available under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory rules provide additional rights or different refund deadlines, those rules take precedence.
