Products and orders

Please review the product description, size guide, selected options and quantities before ordering. Product colours may vary slightly between screens. Product information and offers may change for future orders.

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. We send an order confirmation by email. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the cancelled items.

Prices and payment

The currency, product prices, discounts, shipping charge and any taxes collected by the store are displayed before you place your order. Standard shipping is US$2.95 per order to eligible destinations, or its displayed equivalent in another currency. Promotions apply according to the conditions shown with the offer.

Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. Changes to prices or these terms do not change the agreed price of an order already accepted.

Shipping and order issues

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, fees and estimated delivery times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or return an order. A cancellation request may not stop a parcel that has already been dispatched. We will provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Nothing in these terms restricts any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious software or interference with the website.

The website’s branding and content belong to QLAYON or their respective rights holders. Use of the store does not transfer intellectual property rights to you. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Purchases are made directly from JCLM LLC, operating as QLAYON; Shopify provides the ecommerce platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
