Your order ships from one of our fulfillment partner's warehouses in the United States, Europe or Asia. We use the warehouse that can deliver your order fastest.
Processing and delivery times
Please allow 1–2 business days (48 hours) for order preparation.
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days after your order ships, on average, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, public holidays, remote locations and carrier delays may extend delivery.
Shipping fees
- Free standard shipping on orders of US$49 or more, after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
- Below US$49, standard shipping costs US$2.95.
- Travel Rest Mask, "1 Mask" option: standard shipping costs US$2.95.
- Hawaii: island shipping costs US$16.
Fees are converted into your checkout currency using Shopify’s applicable exchange rate. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and assistance
Tracking details are provided with your shipment confirmation. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate. For an address correction, a delayed shipment or a damaged parcel, contact contact@qlayon.com with your order number.
Returns
You can return any QLAYON product within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. See our Refund Policy for details.
