Our products are designed as timeless wardrobe essentials. When a return is genuinely necessary, we aim to make the process fair and transparent.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day worldwide commercial return policy. A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Complete Resale Condition
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, odours, cosmetic residue or damage, complete with all components, and in their original shape and structure. Original packaging and presentation should also be returned wherever reasonably possible.
3. Product Inspection
Every returned item is inspected. Where permitted by law, a return may be declined or reduced if the product shows wear, washing, alteration, damage, missing components or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the return results from our error or a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
Contact qlayon.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photographs.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want another colour or product, place a new order after your return is approved.
7. Refund Process
After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow approximately 5–10 business days for your payment provider to complete the transaction.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
