These terms apply to your use of the QLAYON online store and purchases made through it.
1. Eligibility

We aim to display products, colours, descriptions and prices accurately. Availability may change without notice. Taxes, duties and shipping charges are shown where applicable during checkout.

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel it where permitted, including for stock, pricing, payment, fraud or delivery issues. A contract is formed when acceptance is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method.

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Please read our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for information submitted through your account.
7. Intellectual Property
The store’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Do not misuse the store, interfere with security, submit unlawful material, scrape content at scale or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
9. Reviews and User Content
Content you submit must be accurate, lawful and yours to share. You grant us permission to display and use it in connection with the store and brand.
10. Liability and Events Outside Our Control
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect loss or delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
11. Changes, Severability and Disputes
We may update these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Mandatory consumer protections and dispute rights in your country remain unaffected.
